2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
USERS, through the corresponding checkboxes and data entry in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to fulfill their request by the provider, therefore the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification thereof.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for providing an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet your needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for processing the personal data under their responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that they have implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information for them to be able to exercise them.
